Chamber Celebrates Hollywood Anniversaries with Celebrity Friends and Members

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce held its “Celebration of Anniversary Events” where Leron Gubler was recognized for his 25 years at the helm of the Chamber! The Celebration of Hollywood Anniversaries was held on Tuesday, September 19th at the new Kimpton Everly Hotel poolside.
Emcees for the event were Walk of Famers actress Tippi Hedren, celebrating the 50th anniversary of her film “The Countess from Hong Kong” and Producer Vin Di Bona, who celebrated 10 years of having a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Assemblymembers Richard Bloom (AD50), Laura Friedman (AD43), Councilmembers Paul Koretz (CD5), Mitch O’Farrell (CD13), David Ryu (CD4) presented welcome remarks. Celebrities attending included: Moosie Drier, Geri Jewell, Ellen K, Kate Linder, Erin Murphy, and Lee Purcell to name a few.
Party attendees celebrated the anniversaries of Ana Martinez affectionately known as ‘Stargirl,’ who has been handling the stars for many moons for an unprecedented 30 years and Vivian Kish, the Chamber’s executive assistant, who was recognized for 20 years of service at the Chamber. The Hollywood Museum in the Historic Max Factor Building was the Presenting Sponsor and celebrated 20 years of membership with the Chamber. Variety was the Partnering Sponsor. Gold Level sponsors included Kimpton Everly Hotel, Premiere Events, Belmont Village Hollywood Hills who celebrated 15 years in Hollywood, Fancifull Gift Baskets & Fine Foods who celebrated 30 years as a Chamber member, as well as the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel which celebrated 90 years in Hollywood! There were also recognitions planned for several of the Silver Level sponsors: Briggs Law was recognized for 10 years as a Chamber member; Gift of Fame for 30 years as a Chamber member; Hollywood Hotel’s Jeff Zarrinnam for 30 years involvement with the Chamber; IATSE Local 706 for 85 years in Hollywood; JLL’s Nicole Mihalka for 15 years involved with the Chamber; Managed Career Solutions for 20 years as a Chamber member; Occidental Entertainment Group Holding’s Craig Darian for 30 years involved with the Chamber; and Paramount Contractors & Developers for 40 years as a Chamber member.
All honorees received several congratulatory certificates from various political offices commanding their esteemed milestones..
Attendees stepped into the rooftop patio wearing silver and sequins and were treated to hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, dessert displays, giveaways, photo stations, wine tastings, and festive decor to mark this special occasion.
