Join us for Business After Hours and a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate Gwen's official membership to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce on September 24th from 5 to 7 p.m.
Chamber members are invited to mix and mingle with our business community and experience the intersection of “world-class butcher and elegant fine dining.” Gwen Butcher Shop & Restaurant is the second restaurant from award-winning chef Curtis Stone (of Maude) and the first with his brother Luke Stone. Gwen offers a European-style, chef-driven butcher shop and a restaurant which is redefining fine dining in Los Angeles. Their menu showcases fire-based cooking techniques, and guests have flexible options including á la carte or a five-course menu. A stone’s throw from The Pantages Theatre in Hollywood, Gwen also offers a pre-theatre menu. Reservations are recommended for the dining and wine rooms, however, walk-ins are welcomed and can always be accommodated on the patio or bar. Whether you’re picking up house-made charcuterie, prime and rare breed meats from the retail butcher store, enjoying a meal in the dining room or relaxing with a bite and cocktail on the patio, Gwen delivers the highest standards of quality, taste, and service.
