The Thief of Bagdad is a breathtaking, often hilarious and always awe-inspiring, classic silent film, with spectacular sets, classic direction by Raoul Walsh, and of course a witty, athletic performance by the First King of Hollywood, Douglas Fairbanks. With a live music show and and great piano accompaniment by Retroformat Musical Director Cliff Retallick! Come early (at 6:45 p.m.) for a free tour of the historic Woman’s Club of Hollywood building! Hors d’ouevres, coffee, beer and wine will be available (for cash only).
