About Us
ADL Los Angeles works to stop the defamation of the Jewish people and secure justice and fair treatment for all. Serving Los Angeles County and the surrounding region, we combat antisemitism, extremism and all forms of hate by protecting communities, advocating for effective policies and educating people to recognize and challenge bias.
We protect by responding to incidents, supporting affected individuals and institutions, and partnering with law enforcement, schools, businesses, faith communities and civic leaders to strengthen safety and resilience. We advocate for laws and policies that safeguard vulnerable communities, defend civil rights and hold those who promote hate and extremism accountable. We educate through training, research and programs that help people understand antisemitism and other forms of bias, build allyship and create more inclusive institutions.
As part of ADL’s nationwide network, ADL Los Angeles is proud to partner with leaders across Hollywood and the entertainment industry to counter hate, promote understanding and help the diverse communities of Los Angeles thrive.
