Anais Babajanian is a Business & Leadership Coach dedicated to helping small business owners and leaders break free from overwhelm and disappointment by developing effective delegation systems, streamlined processes, and clear communication frameworks that create a culture of accountability.
As your coach and partner, I’ll give you the perspective and tools to stop working ‘in’ your business and start working ‘on’ it—reclaiming your time and reigniting your company’s growth.
The topics and issues I address within a coaching program include, but are not limited to:
• Setting and enforcing realistic expectations between staff and partners
• Prioritization and delegation of tasks
• Delineating roles and responsibilities based on each partner or team members’ skill set and capabilities.
• Developing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Implementing frameworks and processes for each sales or service vertical
• Creating a hiring, training, and professional development plan for all employees
• Cultivating a transparent, unified, and respectful team culture
• Identifying what your business needs from you as a leader and shifting your mindset and patterns to embody this version of yourself.
I work with service-based small business owners and business leaders with teams of up to 150 employees. In addition to 1:1 coaching, I also offer done-for-you business documentation solutions (custom SOP manuals and training guides) as well as leadership workshops for new managers. I work with clients virtually worldwide as well as locally in-person (within the greater Los Angeles area).
